Litigation & Advocacy

Disputes are not always resolved without litigation.

I am skilled and knowledgeable in protecting my clients' interests in the courtroom. I have a great deal of experience representing my clients at all levels of dispute resolution, from negotiations in the field through trials and appeals. I have represented clients at all levels and types of proceedings, including tribunals, mediations, arbitrations, construction lien proceedings, the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. I have extensive trial experience and believe our knowledge of applicable law and the rules of court, coupled with my understanding of how to effectively present construction claims, has served my clients well in helping them to achieve successful outcomes.
