Andy practiced exclusively in the area of Construction Law since his call to the Bar in 1975. He has practiced trial and appellate advocacy at all levels of court. Andy is experienced in all forms of alternate dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Andy is a former instructor at the Bar Admission Course and a former lecturer at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Engineering. He is a member of the teaching faculty of the Construction Education Council and the University of Waterloo. He is a frequent speaker at professional and industry organizations and author of numerous publications.
Andy is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, The Advocates' Society and the Toronto Construction Association.
